Toms River Police Department and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Ocean County announce their Bigs In Blue partnership.

The Bigs in Blue Program is currently being rolled out in Toms River and is a one-to-one mentoring program that connects youth with police. These interactions build trust and strong bonds between law enforcement, children, and the families they serve.

Sue Sedivec, CEO of BBBSOC, commented “This is such an exciting time for us and the Toms River Police Department, not to mention the very positive impact it will have on the children and the community. It’s a win-win for everyone involved”.
