REGISTRATION FORM
To expedite check-in on event day this year each player must individually register.
The waivers must be signed by each player. Children under 18 must have waiver signed by a parent or guardian.
Children in the 13 and under bracket must be accompanied by an adult for the entire tournament.
Brackets to be determined by registration.
